This has been my first and only veterinarian’s office that I have ever dealt with.. my puppy has had an unfortunate event that led to a very unexpected surgery and expense. So we have been here few times… I must say that every time that I come the staff including the docs are super friendly and helpful! Believe it or not my dog gets excited to come to the doctor! I recommend them to my friends. Thank you!

Our puppy tater was hit and killed by a truck on October 6th 2025…. Our hearts are completely broken by this loss. He was my 2 year old daughters puppy.. on October 7th my mother took tater to VCA tri county animal hospital as they offer cremation. The people here were soooooo kind, so supportive and so genuine and so much dignity. From the time they put our boy in his little body bag , they reached out to us, checked on and expressed how sorry they were for our loss. I got my boy back today and he was in a beautiful urn , they gave us a death certificate for tater with his little paw print. I will never forget how kind these people at this vet was in such a heart breaking time for us. Even when we came to pick up his remains they were hugging us and supporting us. You guys are 100000% amazing and I’m so blessed to have you guys take care of our boy one last time. 😭🫶🏼

I am super grateful for VCA Tri-County Animal Hospital. They saved my baby girl and gave her emergency surgery the same day I called. I couldn't believe it. They helped us when no one else could/would. I will forever be grateful to the team at this facility. We definitely have found our new vets office and will recommend them to any and everyone I know who has pets! They are truly here to help. When everyone else I spoke to gave us bad news and dimmed our hope to save our baby who was experiencing Pyometra, they took the bull by the horns and made sure to restore the hope I had almost lost. She is doing so much better now and I'm so happy I still get to have my girl here all because the team here truly cares to help. If you are experiencing anything with your animal please take them to this office.

Today was a very hard day for us as we had to make the hard decision to put down our little princess Aliza. We were blessed with a vet that came down from heaven to help us with the process while respecting our every wish and the dignity our princess Aliza deserved. Dr. Bimarie Alicea Mejias was superb. VCA is lucky to have have such a professional, humble, kind and unique doc. Thank you, Dr. Alicea for helping us and protecting our princess to the end. Jose Capellan & Norma Acosta.
