My care club auto payment did not go through one month because I had to replace the card I was using. Instead of calling me or emailing me to have me resolve this, they just sent it to collections. A courtesy call would have been appreciated instead of just deciding to cancel my account with no warning.

Doctor Simpson and the staff here were so compassionate and gracious when we brought our 17 year old cat in to be euthanized. He had never been a patient there before but they welcomed us and took great care of him and us. I know this must be one of the more difficult things to do as a vet and I appreciate them getting us an appointment quickly. The staff were great and the whole process went as good as it could. We really appreciate their service in ours (and his) time of need. We will consider using them again, hopefully not for this service any time soon.

Our experience with our sick dog and Dr. Bradley and staff has been exceptional. They are caring, informative, and supportive. I feel confident knowing our Jesse is in their medical care!

I had been bringing my dogs to Dr. Bradley for many years. What initially drew me to her clinic was the personal attention and care she once provided. Over time, however, that level of care has drastically changed. I’ve waited over a year to write this review to ensure it wasn’t driven solely by grief, but by facts and reflection. Pinky was a rescue with a tough start to life, and we did everything we could to give him the best life possible. At around 12 years old, he began showing signs of distress — vomiting and a swollen stomach — but was still walking and alert. Concerned it might be an obstruction, we brought him to Dr. Bradley. An x-ray showed nothing, but she strongly recommended exploratory surgery just in case something wasn’t visible. Despite no conclusive findings, we trusted her advice — she had cared for Pinky his entire life — and agreed to the procedure, putting aside the financial burden because we wanted to do what was best for him. Nothing was found during surgery. Afterward, I was told Pinky was groggy but ready to go home. When I arrived, he was unable to stand and had to be carried out on a stretcher. I was told this was normal post-op grogginess and to monitor him overnight. That night was excruciating. He was not improving, and by morning we rushed him back to Dr. Bradley’s office. Again, we were told he’d be monitored and given fluids. Around 1 PM, I received a call advising me to take him to the emergency vet. When I picked him up, he was unresponsive, again on a stretcher. Within minutes of arriving at the ER, I was told he was in cardiac arrest. They advised euthanasia, saying he was essentially already gone. The ER vet expressed concern that he had been discharged from the prior clinic in such a critical state. They did not charge me for his euthanasia, only for cremation — a stark contrast to the $3,000+ bill I am still paying to Dr. Bradley’s office for a surgery that ultimately led to his decline also charged me to “monitor” him the following day. I’ll never know if a different decision would have changed the outcome, but I do know that I trusted a long-time vet who did not show the compassion, transparency, or level of care I had come to expect. I carry the weight of this experience every day, and sadly, after more than a decade of loyalty, I can no longer trust this clinic with the care of my pets.

If I could give Dr. Parkinson 50 stars, I would. My pug is newly diabetic and it has been an absolute challenge to the limit to treat her. We have had several vets through the years and never in my life have I seen commitment and someone who cares as much as this amazing doctor. She has gone above and beyond helping our sweet Layla, including phone checks on her days off! Layla continues to baffle us with her Level of care needed and I’m quite sure Any other vet would of told us “good luck” a long time ago. I’m truly shocked at how amazing this doctor is. Thank you for everything Dr. Parkinson. We are so lucky to have found you.
