I upgraded to a new I-Phone there recently and I was not welcomed when I walked in nor thanked for my business. Maybe that’s why there were no other customers in the store the entire time I was there? The sales guys need to greet customers and act positive and excited about what they are selling, instead of acting like it’s a bother to wait on customers. I cannot recommend this store if you are looking to do Verizon business.
