  We came here to trade in our phones initially and had a not so great experience with the first customer service rep who actually added on services to our plan without my knowledge. I returned the next day and VON did a wonderful job helping us fix everything! I just wanted to give VON 5 stars! ⭐️ Thank you again for all of your help VON!

  Russell cellular was my second attempt to get a new iPhone 17 pro max. After the Clearwater store told me there was none in stock in the area and refused to assist me with my Verizon account . Russell cellular made the whole process very easy and quick. I knew I should have went there first since they had better review rating than the store closer to my house . Very professional and knowledgeable and customer service was top notch!

  I worked with Vonnie to switch my T-Mobile phone and internet. He was very nice and patient. The only thing I didn’t like was I was told in writing that internet would be $35 and once we were far into the process he said it would be $45. He crossed out the $35 price on the paper. And because of this “last minute” change I would get a digital $100 gift card. Still no card on my account. And I didn’t like the price change once I agreed to switch. Not sure why that happened and when I will ever see the $100. I tried to figure it out in the app with no luck. I just didn’t like the price change once I committed to do it. Not sure if that error is on him or Verizon tactics. He was a friendly nice guy.

  Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. We went in with the intention of trading in our phone for the newest one. Long story short, the sales guy, named Emmanuel, was the rudest, most condescending, disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with as a customer. He didn’t explain what he was doing, when asked he answered condescendingly, mocking, as if the customer shouldn’t ask., repeatedly making rude comments. He ended up removing my Apple Music without my knowledge, and offering a deal by misguiding, and lying to what was really going on. Unsatisfied, is putting it mildly. We ended up confronting him, asked to speak to the manager., which we did, and promptly left the store to take our business elsewhere. We go to a different Verizon store, where the sale guy here, was the complete opposite. Michael (from the Countryside/Mcmullen booth location) waited on us. He was polite, pleasant, helpful, professional. We told him what happened and he proceeded to tell us he knew the guy, Emmanuel, we had dealt with. He confirmed he knew him from working with him in the past. He confirmed customers have walked out on him. My question is, why is this guy still working at Verizon when he clearly is not concerned about customer service!! The new guy, Michael, looked into the whole process, and found that the guy was trying to con me. He had told us we could keep the old phone at no cost. This was a lie. I would have been charged hefty after X amount of time. We finally ended up trading in the phone, and getting the new one. This all took approximately 4-5 hours, with all the back and forth. Please be advised on which Verizon stores you seek customer service. It seems they are not doing much about their ‘incomprtent’ workers, which only reflects badly on Verizon. This negative experience was at the Dunedin location on Main st. It may come down to not using Verizon as a provider anymore.
