- ATAngie TschannenOct 27, 20252.0I’ve been going to VCA Deltona for about 6 years. They started playing games with their prescriptions. They want you to pay their INCREDIBLY Over inflated prices for prescriptions through them… And if you don’t, they make it as hard as humanly possible for you to get medication for your pets. I forgot to order my dogs heart worm prevention medication for my pups due to me having surgery. When I called them and asked to come pick up a month of the medication and pay their prices, they refused because I had a “written” prescription for a years worth. They acted as if I was trying to purchase narcotics or hurt my pets. It’s more important for them to prove a point that I should be paying to them monthly then to actually make sure my dogs don’t get Heartworms! Thus was not the first issue I’ve had with them! I will be finding another vets office because I don’t mind paying to take care of my pets but I’m not going to be forced to OVER PAY. THIS VETS OFFICE IS GREEDY AND RUDE!
