- SCSusan CooperSep 30, 20251.0How many times do you have to say no for this people to understand that you are not Interested in something, came in to inquire about moving my lines to Verizon from T-mobile and after getting extremely excited about the price and everything, Rizwan came in to ask about my internet, checked my address and I didn’t qualify which is fine I wasn’t trying to change my Starlink, but then he came out with internet back up, saying it was 20 a month, but then said he would apply a discount to make it free for the first two months but after that I could return it? And I said no , but then said he would make it free every month, this people are trying to sell you stuff , offering discounts to later remove so we have to cancel or pay for it, I left, decided to go with another carrier that is not trying to sell me so many things I don’t need, sorry

I usually dread coming to phone stores bc of how long things take without knowing what is really going on. I’m happy that I lined up with him when being helped bc he makes the process of getting a new phone and trading in the old one alot easier. Will definitely look for him next time I need to go to my local Verizon store.
