Dimitri was exceptional. His level of knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and refreshing. He made recommendations that were helpful and necessary. I cannot emphasize how easily and simply he answered all of our questions. When we left we felt that there was a value in transacting in person thanks to Dimitri's helpfulness.

I would rate the staff with 5 stars. They were polite, helpful and professional !! As for their internet products and any tech help you need on the phone they did not know what they were doing. I had to return to the store 4 times over 3 days and there was one problem after another. In the end I decided to go back to my previous provider. Even at the end the store policy was not to take back products that were sent to me that I never requested - there only suggestion was “.take them to UPS.” In the past when I had Verizon it was great I’m sure a lot of customers still feel that way, but with my experience I would recommend you stay away from Verizon until they straighten out what they do !! Oh yeah, “Happy” New Year !!

Verizon has gotten terrible lately. I’ve had more problems with my phone the last two months but they owe me $647 for returning your phone. They shut mine off because they said I owe them 100. Also I’ve been overcharged for the last two months cause they charged me for my new phone 110 a month I had a $67 month plan but they added 25 a month because they said it was a grandfathered and had to charge me extra for data all a bunch of crap and then when you call customer service, they don’t speak English. They don’t get it and they can’t figure out a damn thing you asked for a tier 2 level and they never connect you. They always have an excuse. Bad

As good as the representatives as in this store it is overshadowed by corporate. I was lied to in several occasions which led to my service being shut off multiple times. Now they have restricted me to in person cash payments for something that THEY DID! This company has the worst customer service of all time. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves treating a customer of 8 years like this and they are not willing to fix it or make it right. I wish I could give this review at least a negative 5
