  As good as the representatives as in this store it is overshadowed by corporate. I was lied to in several occasions which led to my service being shut off multiple times. Now they have restricted me to in person cash payments for something that THEY DID! This company has the worst customer service of all time. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves treating a customer of 8 years like this and they are not willing to fix it or make it right. I wish I could give this review at least a negative 5

  I have had to visit this store 3-4 times in the last 6 weeks or so since I lost my phone on 8/31/25. I had to get an old phone temporarily set up. Then get another one to replace that one set up. Then I had major problems on my own trying to get the original old temporary phone cleaned and off my account because the battery wanted to have a meltdown every 4 minutes... The staff there is always so helpful, patient, very knowledgeable, smart and considerate of someone not all that proficient in many areas of cell phone technology and troubleshooting. Dimitri is the best and exemplifies professionalism and exactly who everyone would love to have address their concerns. He's 5 star.

  I went to this store today to get a new phone. I met with Mirium she was very professional, patient and kind. Even though she couldn't help with another purchase for my husband, she promised to have Josh call us tomorrow and go over our business options. Thank you for your professionalism.

  They told me the phones on my business account was free because of a promotion the bill was supposed to be 200 a month after so many months it went up to 330 I questioned it they said I was going to get a credit I never got it after 3 months of this I finally had enough and changed carrier

  I gotta say, normally I don't have very good experiences at this store, but my last visit was fantastic! Dimitri was so knowledgeable and helpful with bringing down my uncle's monthly costs by almost $100! He also figured out all the issues with his phone on why it was so slow and it was difficult to navigate. I have the same exact phone as my uncle but from AT&T and his phone was HORRIBLE. Dimitri managed to figure out all the issues and fixed them right then and there. For once we had a great experience. If you go there for help, ask for Dimitri.
