From the moment we walked in, they treated our pet like family. You could feel their compassion, patience, and genuine love for animals in everything they did. Dr. James took the time to explain every detail, never rushed us, and made sure we understood all our options. David was so gentle and reassuring — he kept our pet calm the entire time and treated them like they were his own. Their teamwork and kindness made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel comforting and hopeful. It’s rare to find people who care this deeply. They didn’t just meet our expectations — they exceeded them in every way, even following up afterward to check in. We left feeling grateful beyond words. My dog has a long list of things that need attention including being hypersensitive to other animals. They were so accommodating. I liked everyone I spoke to. The vet sat with us to take time to get to know Moki, I appreciated that. Moki liked her! I'm happy I got a vet so experienced. She knew what was wrong right off. What a relief! Thank-you Dr. Whetstone! The tech who ushered us in recognized the need of a larger room for him. We didn't have that at our other vet. Bobby was sensitive to Moki's needs and listened to what I had to say with regards to how he'd been handled at our previous vet. 10 stars! You made a difficult experience better! Thank you all so much. Moki's been resting all day, but with the medicine for his infection and the kindness you gave us today I'm sure it won't be long he will be running in the back yard again.
