She really did a great job showing me what my options were and really dug deep to help find the best deal for me. I never felt any pressure from her just that she wanted to be able to give me the best options available to me. I signed up for service that day. When I came back in another day to get my new phone and set up service Elisa was finishing up with another customer. Mario was able to assist me until Elisa was available. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When Elisa joined to help me finish getting set up, Mario stayed and they both assisted me and my son.. They were both so friendly and really worked well together. Probably some of, if not the best customer service I’ve ever received. I never felt any sales pressure but got all my questions answered and was even provide with valuable information I didn’t even think to ask about. Thanks for getting me a great deal and making it a very enjoyable experience!
