I clearly ask him do you have the orange iPhone 17 ProMax?? Yes he says. Goes to the back come back, has me there for over an hour and then goes back there to “get the phone” comes back and tells me it’s a 10 min wait. Ok. Comes back and tells me that the phone can’t be given it was for someone’s pick up smh. Like cmon man you could have told me that an hour ago. I agree to take a silver one and asked him waive the installation fee at least, says he can’t! I know he can but he insist he can’t. I know he can because I have 6 lines with you guys and I upgrade here all the time, He calls his manager they tell him yes do it and he comes back saying his code doesn’t work, telling he’s gonna give me $40 credit on my bill. No man I tell him Am tired of hearing the same story so I got up and left. I could have saved easily over an hour and gone to another store if would have just got up and checked if the phone was there.

Marcus who assisted me with purchasing new service was amazing from beginning to end. He was kind, genuine and very knowledgeable about all Devices and plans. He was fast and efficient and helped me with getting my new iPhone! This guy needs a raise! I would highly recommend this store for service their customer service is out of this world!! Great job guys!!

They will treat you great when purchasing something, but the minute you return with a problem, they have no interest in solving your problem. The owner must be related to these people to allow such behavior in a professional setting. I will never go back to that location ever again!
