    Complete lack of professionalism by the associates working on 12/12/25 - the gentleman preferred to chat with a friend at the only desk instead of supporting his coworker while she attempted to manage 3 different clients including tech support on the phone. The building was unkept and the lack of seating and desks made us feel extremely uncomfortable as we were left waiting for guidance on our next steps. Overall we felt that we were an inconvenience for showing up.

    The worst phone store I have ever been to. Terrible customer service. Store is dirty and employees lack knowledge to serve customers accordingly. I will drive to Zephyrhills every single time.

    I had an appt set up for this location, I even got a text message that confirmed this. I walked into an empty store with one single employee and no customers. Was told he didn't see my appt online. Very helpful person but the system didn't recognize me. After trying to get a new phone (which they had in stock) their online payment portal that they messaged me a link for wasn't working and they had no other way for me to pay and continue with my plans. He then directed me 15 minutes south to a "corporate location"... I'm here now, several salesmen, all busy with customers walking in & out everywhere. And they just assured me they're setup for taking payments, turns out they're not even corporate after all. Huge difference between here in Zhills and Dade City. This place is alive and working like a machine.
