I had an appt set up for this location, I even got a text message that confirmed this. I walked into an empty store with one single employee and no customers. Was told he didn't see my appt online. Very helpful person but the system didn't recognize me. After trying to get a new phone (which they had in stock) their online payment portal that they messaged me a link for wasn't working and they had no other way for me to pay and continue with my plans.
He then directed me 15 minutes south to a "corporate location"... I'm here now, several salesmen, all busy with customers walking in & out everywhere. And they just assured me they're setup for taking payments, turns out they're not even corporate after all.
Huge difference between here in Zhills and Dade City. This place is alive and working like a machine.

Review for Verizon – Dade City, FL Store
I truly hate to leave a bad review about a store in my own town of Dade City, but I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received from this Verizon location. After spending hours on the phone with Verizon customer service and getting nowhere, I went back to the local store where I originally purchased my phone.
Wasay and Frank were there that day, and Wasay kindly stepped in and said he would help me. Together, we spent a long time on the phone with Verizon support, received a ticket number, and I was told that within three days Verizon would clear something in their system so that a new phone could be ordered to replace mine. That was 25 days ago, and I still haven’t heard anything.
Since then, Wasay has stopped responding to my messages completely. After all the time and effort I’ve put into this—both in person and over the phone—I’m extremely frustrated. This store is not honoring the mission statement they have posted in their store, which says they are committed to taking care of their customers.
I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for nine years, but this experience has truly been the last straw. I can’t continue to support a business that doesn’t follow through on its promises or stand behind the products it sells. I will not be recommending this Verizon location to anyone in Dade City.

The system wasn't working it took way too long to do the transaction. Also the guy added extra to my account without asking and he changed my phone plan without asking!!!

Frank is great. Extremely efficient, personable. He gets things done, explaining everything has he goes. I’ll continue coming here for smart phones as long as he’s here.
