I imagine I'm not the only one. I've been getting a local doctors phone calls forwarded to my # for well over a month now. Multiple hospitals, home repair companies, and his daughter. Then a call from the sheriffs office last night who I have to guess was also intended for him and quite possibly critical. I have spent hours with Verizon (both the store and corporate) trying to resolve this issue. All I was trying to do was get in touch with someone in corporate that was capable of fixing the situation knowing they may have more info than the consumer would. And for the male employee that was so offended by hearing a swear word? Growing a pair would be my only recomendation.

Not only did they save me money, which is always a win, but they also took the time to make sure my phone number was ported over seamlessly with no issues whatsoever. You could tell that they truly take pride in making sure that the customer is happy with their decision to switch carriers.
