It was a Sunday and she was the only employee on that day and when I arrived 5 other customers came in and she kept her cool and was very on top of things. Highly recommend. My second visit I had Vanessa and she also made it an excellent experience. Highly recommend this store for all your cell phone needs.

I initially went to the store on 12/18/25 and Daniel helped me order my new iphone. The phone came in 2 days later and I returned to have it set up. I was helped by Ms. Bri, who is very fast and pleasant and the whole switch from old to new phone was less than a half hour. I highly recommend this Verizon provider! We are fortunate to have them in our rural area and it prevents us from having to drive 30+ miles to a bigger town like Gainesville. Two days later discovered that I had no access to my hotspot on my phone. I called Verizon customer service and was on the phone for 45 minutes with a rep who tried everything she could find about my problem, to no avail. The next day I walked into this store and Bri was available. Within 5 minutes she had fixed my problem and I was out the door. I cannot rate this store any higher. They are the best!!
