Came here to get a pin change , lady with long blond hair helped me . She got that job done but asked me to see my phone which is non Verizon so she can check my ein number while we are waiting on hold , soon as I said no , she turned into a different person , cold , rude and heartless, and the rest of the visit she made so uncomfortable that I wished she was a man so I could tell her what I thought of her . But instead ill leave a complaint here like a rational human being .

Bought a Pixel 10pro XL then home Internet quit working and could not get in my bank account. Had to actually go to my bank and reset everything. Thinking about switching to another network. No one seems to know what they are doing.

This is the exact reason you are losing customers at an alarming rate! Not only am I now able to buy 12 months of unlimited coverage for $180 but I come in to the store and can’t even get anybody to wait on me. The manager was more worried about packing up her purse and walking out five minutes past her out time as opposed to seeing what she could do to stop me from disconnecting five lines, but I’ll be back tomorrow to cancel all five lines… See you then!
