My only issue is that it shouldn't take over 2 hours to do that. I've been with Verizon a very long time. Corporate should hire more staff and fix the ability to transfer to one phone to the other faster. They are losing money. People come for the customer service. You can get a phone and plan anywhere. Repeat customers are were the money is at. Word of mouth is far better advertising.
