- ACAshley CassionDec 3, 20241.0I inserted my sim card into an iPad briefly and not even for a minute back in September because my phone stopped working and I needed to access my ICloud so I could communicate with my job. Now we're in December and they put me in violation of the TERMS OF CONDITION when it wasn't communicated to me when I told the cricket lady that I did so. They are telling me to change my number or wait for the case ticket to be resolved but there is nothing to be resolved when I literally had no way of knowing that it would be a problem months later. These people are money hungry and lack comprehension skills because if I told you that I inserted the sim card into the other device months ago and not even for a minute, why is the problem arising now? Why didn't it arise months later? I activated the phone months before but it's a problem now, why is that?
