I have to say I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon a month ago and it was a great decision. Not only is my bill significantly lower, but I was able to upgrade 4 phones on my plan. I have to mention I want to give a special thanks to Matt. He is amazing and always has been. He’s always available when I call with any questions, even on his breaks (thanks Matt). I highly recommend you go check him out. All the people at that store are great. Happy Holidays to all.

I went into the store on November 12th and knew what I wanted exactly ( iPhone 17 pro max, Apple Watch Ultra 3 ) I was told I would have my new watch and phone by Thanksgiving if I paid the amount and order it on November 12th. My watch came in two days after I ordered and payed a amount of $185 to the store. I have had to call in multiple times to get told my phone is no where to be found and to check my app and go off of that they can’t do anything at all then I get told they will call me back and more information and got no call back. I’m still 10 days without a brand new phone I payed for and I’m not happy at all with this store helpless or Verizon.

Let’s go. My phone was stuck in a voicemail receiving mode from my sister. Couldn’t make or receive calls or texts. Couldn’t even turn it off. Ugh. Dreading long lines and who knows what hard sell we were facing, we walked into the Verizon store. First impression *wow looks great in here* since our last visit 2 years ago. Then we were greeted by the friendliest most helpful “phone guy” Mark. His magical “soft” reset sleight of hand maneuvers work! and he gives me great advice on settings and how to open up much needed storage space. Good. As. New. Installs new screen saver on my husbands phone like he was performing delicate surgery. Perfection. Mark. Remember that name. Good job Verizon.
