Let’s go. My phone was stuck in a voicemail receiving mode from my sister. Couldn’t make or receive calls or texts. Couldn’t even turn it off. Ugh. Dreading long lines and who knows what hard sell we were facing, we walked into the Verizon store. First impression *wow looks great in here* since our last visit 2 years ago. Then we were greeted by the friendliest most helpful “phone guy” Mark. His magical “soft” reset sleight of hand maneuvers work! and he gives me great advice on settings and how to open up much needed storage space. Good. As. New. Installs new screen saver on my husbands phone like he was performing delicate surgery. Perfection. Mark. Remember that name. Good job Verizon.

Shady employees. Watch yourself! We picked up our new phones and the employee added two new phone lines to our plan without our consent or knowledge. This not only made it/is making it a headache to get our phones fixed, but it also tripled our bill. All for what? To get credit/commission for sales? Absolutely appalling and disgusting. Also, at the expense of a 100% disabled veteran...which is not okay morally or legally.
