I walked out of there with a bill $10 lower a month than previous provider with same perks my previous company provided. Seemed great. I asked all the questions about fees and NOTHING was mentioned about any additional costs. He told me what my bill would be, activated my phone and sent me on my way…. Next day….I am notified by Verizon that my upcoming bill is ready to review. Sam added a $40 activation fee. This fee was NEVER discussed at all. He also added a monthly phone protection fee which I never asked for( brought my paid in full phone) and this perk was not on my bill I brought in. He chose to add it without ever asking me. These fees would have added nearly $80 extra to my first bill and an extra $40 a month to the bill we discussed. I contacted Verizon and had this fixed and this is why they are getting two stars instead of one. This was definitely a deliberate way to increase their sale and be aware that this place has shady sales tactics and they have sales reps. that are dishonest.
