- SDSilvana Decastro4 days ago1.0Don’t use Verizon as your phone carrier. The manager at the Boynton Beach store is the most unprofessional man I have had the misfortune to encounter. I went to return a simple WiFi Verizon equipment, after spending countless days and hours trying to get Wi-Fi in my home. I was told on the phone just to simply go to the store and return/drop the equipment. I went to the store. I was told to take a seat anywhere and they put me on a waiting list. Meanwhile, as I was seeing , 3 customers coming after me and being serviced before me. It was over 35 minutes of a wait time, for something they could’ve done in five minutes but because they weren’t getting new service from me and I was canceling my service they made me wait and wait and I never got to the return the equipment. The Manager was very unprofessional tried to call the cops on me as I started to record this incident. Will someone please educate this Manager of the freedoms laws of our country. He is an embarrassment .
