What we needed help with they did not care they were like here’s the phone number just do it that way. They focused all their attention only on the people that were buying phones so they would make money off of it. - TGThomas GoddardDec 19, 20251.0I had my identity compromised on December 8th and went to the Boynton Verizon Corporate Store early on December 9th and explained the situation. My phone wasn't working and the service transferred to a hacker. How did this happen, I don't know. I spent 6 hours at the store and was given a list of people to call - at Verizon - which I did. I talked with VzW Tech Support and Fraud organizations and returned on December 10th where, again no progress was made. The customer service was shabby even as it was a very serious life altering event for me the the person helping me was trying to sell me wireless internet and fully unable to solve the issue. On December 11th I went the the VzW Corporate Store on Glades near 441. I young fellow, James, handled the entire situation and resolved my issue, working with Verizon Fraud and Tech Support organizations in a couple hours. James was thoughtful, thorough and had excellent customer and technical skills. If you're considering a Verizon product go to west Boca and forego the Boynton Beach location, it's amateur hour out there.

I waited 45 minutes and didn’t move an inch. Extremely slow and poorly managed. Verizon is going downhill fast!!! Total waste of time.
