Spent 16 minutes on a call with a robot just to have the Robot hang up on me. If you’re reading this I’d suggest switching to At&T. Completely wasted my time.

She was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She had my account fully recovered and submitted a fraudulent port-out request. I did have to return the next day and her associate Jennifer completed the the number activation on my phone. Thank you Marietou and Jennifer for your help. And a shout out to Justin from vzw too!!
