    Wilmy! Thank you so much for all of you help yesterday! I went in for an upgrade, went home to set up phone - on phone for almost 3 hours with customer service - they couldn't help. Went back to store-Wilmy and the store manager set everything up so quickly! I couldn't be more pleased with the 5 star level of customer service they gave me!!

    I visited the store with my dad yesterday. I want to thank the staff for their excellent service. The guy who served us found the best price and helped us choose a phone that didn't require waiting for weeks. He helped my dad set everything up and transfer all the information to the new phone. Thank you very much. I recommend this location.

    After going to a non-corporate store in Deerfield, I was directed here to fix my prepaid card issue. The Deerfield store was beyond helpful. Here, I was only treated with animosity and indifference by a lady who seemed like she could not care less. The manager thankfully came to help out. I spoke to Verizon customer service on their landline for about half an hour and everything got sorted out. I am very grateful that my issue was resolved and that I could rely on the manager and customer support. And while I get that everyone can have bad days and that my issue was slightly complicated, she was nonetheless overly rude and disrespectful. My friend and I also overheard her talking extremely dismissively and passive-aggressively toward two elderly clients after us. Makes no sense.

    Very disappointing experience at the Verizon store located at 9982 Glades Road, Boca Raton. I arrived at 4:38 PM on 10/20/2025 to drop off my Apple Watches for a trade-in return. After explaining the reason for my visit, the associate told me the store was closing soon. When I asked what time they closed, he said 7 PM — which should have been plenty of time. He then said he couldn’t process the trade-in because he needed to restore the watches to get the IMEI numbers, and he "thought" there was no available phone in the store to complete that step. He also "thought" that the display phones couldn’t be used and suggested I call customer service instead to get a UPS return label. I told him I was concerned about returning the devices through UPS after reading many complaints from customers who said their trade-ins were never delivered to Verizon, and that the best and safest way was to return them directly at the store. Despite that, he said it couldn’t be done at that time. I would have to leave the watches there to have the IMEI verified. I thought I was just dropping it off at the store instead to a UPS store. I also asked if he could confirm whether my new watch plan was set up correctly for the trade-in offer (the one with the higher trade-in value), but he said he couldn’t check that either. The store wasn’t busy at all — there were no other customers, and I didn’t even need to sign in — yet the associate still couldn’t assist me. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 8 years, and I’ve always appreciated their customer service — but this store visit was truly disappointing. Today (the next day), I called Verizon Customer Service, and they were excellent. They quickly provided the UPS label and made sure all my questions were answered. Kudos to Verizon’s phone support team for their professionalism and willingness to help — what a difference compared to the in-store experience. Just wanted to add that the person I spoke with on the phone said everything could’ve been done at the store. And for my next purchase, I’ll be going to the Yamato store in Boca Raton, which has five stars and over 1,000 reviews, instead of the West Boca location. If good customer service isn’t a priority, this store won’t be getting my business. We have 10 devices in our account. It may be small, but I hope this review will help other customers.

    My husband and I went to the corporate Verizon store yesterday to upgrade his phone, which had been eligible for some time. He was considering moving from an android to an iphone, so we thought going in person might be better than upgrading online. We signed in and waited about a half hour to be seen by a salesperson who truly acted as if we were inconveniencing him by coming in to buy a new phone. He didn't make eye contact and told us "there were no good promos" and "go look online" for a promo. We were there for information and willing to upgrade then and there-didn't even ask about promotions. This was very upsetting- I chose the corporate store because I thought it would be better than the authorized retailers. Usually folks want to sell us phones! I had noticed a decline in the last few years in customer service both in the stores and on the phone... this was the last straw. After 23 years as a Verizon customer, we finalized our move over to T-mobile this morning. I'll be saving 30 dollars a month on our plan, and they paid off the balance on my kids' phones. If the salesperson had been helpful, we probably would have upgraded the phone as planned and remained Verizon customers. I know it's difficult to find and retain good employees, so I hope the managers see this and work on training their salespeople better.
