After ONE FULL HOUR and TWO Verizon agents(the second one unsuccessfully trying to google it on his laptop), they could not find it. I went home and found it myself. It took me about 10 minutes to go through and find the required menu to change the setting. I guess it said "No technical skills required" to work at this branch of Verizon Wireless.
