    I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location today with sales rep(Ryan) & (Trey) Although I was approved for service, the representative handling my account was unhelpful. They took my phone to the back of the store and later returned only to tell me they “couldn’t verify my identity,” offering no real explanation or next steps. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no manager was available — which I find hard to believe at a Verizon store. Customers deserve clear communication and accountability, not to be dismissed without answers. I’m sharing this so that management is aware and can ensure customers receive the respectful, transparent service Verizon is known for. Go to this store at your own loss. They are all a total waste of time

    Jeremy Finck at the 379 E Chestnut Road Verison office is amazing. He was a bulldog at getting my issues solved. He is wonderful, patient and made my switch easy. I had a hard time with another provider (customer service was awful and getting an actual person on the phone was impossible with the other provider). He is the person to see if you want the best deals and phones. The service is the best! I can't thank Jeremy enough. It is customer service like this that makes all the difference!

    John was an absolute delight! I went in to obtain a copy of my bill. Unfortunately, since my account had been totally closed out, he was unable to get it. However! He did direct me to the corporate store where I could get this information. I came after that store was closed, but John was sympathetic and assisted me in finding the closest corporate locations. If you come here, ask for John! And if it's busy, he's worth waiting for! He is pleasant, patient, and ensures you leave with happy! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

    Visited this site today. Walked in the store around 5:19pm. No one acknowledged that we walked in the door. Extremely poor customer service. We walked around for about 5 minutes Noone said a word. Wow!!! I've been a verizon customer for over 20 years. Very very disappointed.
