    Horrible customer service. The guy helping literally just sat there on his phone while I inquired about the next steps with getting a phone. Another worker was on the phone helping her friend book a hotel room loud and obnoxiously. I walked out without even receiving a device. Keep in mind I was probably their first customer after opening. You would think they’d have a better disposition. I won’t be returning and if you don’t appreciate being treated rudely I suggest you don’t stop by either.

    Overall, did not have a good experience purchasing a phone today. We have a business plan and the customer service we received was far from professional. I was not asked if I wanted any warranty/insurance on the phone or walked through anything. It was grab the box, here’s your phone kind of transaction. No questions asked. I questioned how to do the transfer and just kept being told I’d have to pay. Finally, a customer service number with tech support was suggested - which should have been mentioned from the start. The other coworker - African female - extremely unprofessional. Shaking her head, perhaps a staring problem? Asked for her name she refused to provide it. The workers definitely need training. My husband purchased his iPhone last year from the location at the mall which was AMAZING. So different from this.. Go to a different location.

    It has been such a cluster working with this Verizon store. They messed up my account and it’s taken numerous calls to get my account fixed. They don’t know what they’re doing at this location. I plan to drive up there and speak to the manager
