BIG MISTAKE. I wanted a Samsung S25+. He told me the current promotion was only good on the S25. I said I'll give it a try. 2ND BIG MISTAKE. He never gave me any choice of colors and took out 4 accessories and opened the package before I could say no. I should have refused these items. 3RD MISTAKE. Never showed me the cost and none of the packaging had the costs on it. These 4 accessories came to $217.96. He never gave me a receipt but rather said he emailed it to me. He told me i could return everything. HE LIED. The following morning I reviewed everything. The case was 46.99, charger was 61.99, screen protector was 66.99 and camera protector 41.99. Outrageous. I called customer service at Verizon and was told this was a retail store, not a company store and couldn't help me basically but did say the promotion was good on the phone i wanted. I returned to the store to return everything and noone would help me. I was told I had to wait for my salesman who was out til 3 days later. Went back and he refused to give me my money back on the screen or camera protector WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR. He was a conman. I feel stupid. I will be canceling my Verizon account. I never want to deal with them again.
