  Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account or login to Verizon. I also can no longer connect to an agent on the phone.

  I walked into this location on September 19, 2025, believing it was a Verizon corporate store. The sign outside says “Verizon,” the employees wear Verizon uniforms, and the entire interior is branded like an official Verizon location. No one ever disclosed verbally that this was an authorized reseller, not an actual Verizon Wireless store. The only indication was a small wall plaque you would never notice unless you were specifically looking for it. We were given a written quote of $204/month for four lines. Based on that quote, we traded in four phones and opened service. Our first bill came back $478.52 — more than double what we were promised. One of the worst parts: an employee here upgraded my 65-year-old widowed mother-in-law’s phone without her consent while she was going through chemotherapy. He later told me he “made a business decision for her.” Her old phone was immediately shipped to Verizon as part of the trade-in, and we’ve been stuck in a finger-pointing loop ever since: the reseller says Verizon owes us, Verizon says the reseller owes us. We cancelled everything under Verizon’s 30-day return policy, shipped all four devices back with Verizon’s official label, and Verizon confirmed delivery on October 9, 2025. Despite that, Verizon has now billed us $4,856 for devices they already have and has allowed collection agencies to start contacting us. I am a 19-year USAF veteran, and I’ve never dealt with such misleading sales tactics. This location’s failure to clearly disclose that it is not Verizon corporate, combined with the unauthorized upgrade and trade-in mishandling, has caused significant financial and personal stress for my family. If you think you're walking into an official Verizon store here, you’re not. This is a reseller. And based on my experience, you should avoid this location entirely.
