Internet and mobile service isn't any good. Also there promotions are lies. 2 months now and I haven't received what they offered when I signed up on there mobile also when I signed up a year ago for home Internet they had offers as well that we never received! False advertisement! The mobile and Internet today is terrible! We are paying a lot of money for terrible service. I ordered a watch over the phone the night before going into the store, and the representative told me it would be ready for pickup the next day - I could even come right at opening. I didn’t make it at opening, but I came later in the afternoon when my order should’ve definitely been ready. When I got there, I wasn’t greeted at all until an assistant eventually came over to “help.” The first thing out of his mouth was something about a “picture ID.” Since his English wasn’t very clear, I genuinely thought he meant a picture of my ID, so I showed him one on my phone - which I thought was perfect since I didn’t have my wallet on me. Instead, he got rude and said there’s nothing he could do with that and that I’d have to talk to a manager. At that point, I realized whoever that person was clearly doesn’t understand how customer service works in America. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made the whole situation worse. When the manager came, I was told my watch was still “processing/pending,” meaning it wasn’t even ready for pickup. So not only did I waste my time going to the store, but I also had to deal with poor communication and below-average service. And to make things even more telling, as I was on my way out, I saw another customer run into the same assistant and she also commented on how rude and dismissive he was, even though she had her physical ID with her. That says a lot about the kind of “service” customers are getting at this Verizon location.
Honestly, for Verizon and the amount I pay every month, I expected way better.

Had to travel to a corporate store and Stefon helped assist me. He is an amazing employee, very helpful and knowledgeable! I had a rough couple of days without a phone and going back and forth with customer service. Stefon made the rest of the process very smooth and completed everything quickly. I was very impressed.
