  Outstanding Service at Verizon. Thank you Christopher Cajas! From the moment my family and I walked into Verizon store in Westport, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The store manager, Christopher Cajas, went above and beyond to help us with our new phone service, and the entire experience exceeded all our expectations. Christopher’s professionalism, patience, and warmth truly stood out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure each one of us left feeling confident and happy with our choices. it can sometimes feel overwhelming to switch or set up New phone services, but Christopher made it easy, stress free, and surprisingly enjoyable. What impressed me even more was the personal touch, he treated us like family, not just customers. That kind of genuine care and dedication is rare and unforgettable. My family and I left the store not only satisfied with our new Verizon service but also grateful for such a positive experience.   Outstanding Service at Verizon. Thank you Christopher Cajas! I just want to share how wonderful our experience was at Verizon located at 379 Post Rd. e. Westport, CT 06880, and especially with Christopher Cajas (store manager). From the moment we walked in, the place felt so welcoming and peaceful. The store was absolutely immaculate clean, organized and so calm, which made such a difference when we were there with our son and our little granddaughter. Christopher greeted us with such kindness and patience. He took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident about our new service. He didn’t rush us at all, and that meant the world to my husband and me. We left feeling not just satisfied, but truly cared for. What touched my heart most was how thoughtful he was with our family. He noticed our granddaughter and brought out some toys so she could play comfortably with my son. That small, thoughtful gesture made our wait so much easier and less stressful. It showed me that this isn’t just a store that sells phones, it is a place that truly sees and values families. Christopher represents Verizon in the very best way: professional, warm, and genuinely helpful.
