We had an issue with our cat and we were so nervous about it so we took our cat to the emergency vet. Brittany the ER tech was PHENOMENAL. She was so attentive and absolutely eased our concerns. We cannot thank her enough!

We had a wonderful experience last night and are so appreciative our sweet girl got high quality care in an emergency. I have an anxious elderly shiba inu who is precious to us and got quilled by a porcupine. The wait was much shorter than I anticipated on a busy Saturday night and our dog was much calmer being allowed to wait in the car. The staff were kind with both us and our dog. All staff members took the time to clearly explain everything. A relief that pricing was extremely fair.

My cat died, while I was trying to save her i rushed her here. The vet came in after about 30 seconds and in a rude tone she said "That cat is deceased. Cpr wont do anything" I told her okay but can she do anything to find out why considering i got home from work and she was on the ground still warm. The vet responded with "I guess ill do an ultrasound" marched out of the room had me wait 45 minute where a tech then brought my passed cat in a box. The tech was very polite but said im sorry here she is you guys are good to go. Never saw or heard from the vet again about what caused it. I wanted to know so I could protect my other cat. After this experience I have to say I would never recommend going to this vet. I didn't even get anyone's name the only nice part of the encounter was they took us back immediately.

I had to bring my 18 year old cat there on Christmas, 2024 for euthanasia and the vet and staff were wonderful with both my cat and I. I brought in a foster cat yesterday through ECCP who was in obvious distress and the vet and staff were kind and compassionate. The doctor was very thorough in explaining her condition and the medical options. It was helpful in a difficult situation.
