    I find that ALL wireless mobile stores are super busy with wait times T least 20 min or longer…. But the Waterford Verizon store staff was GREAT. Honestly they were all accommodating but special accolades to AVERY. He was very knowledgeable about all products and the offers and perks kept coming. He truly went way way beyond my expectations. I can’t thank him enough for being very patient and making me feel that I was an important customer even though there were others waiting. A+++++ to Avery and his 2 managers!!!! Many thanks to this crew Go see them

    Staff were nice. But store refused to accommodate the fact that the family that are "authorized" to make any changes to our plan is unable to make the 1hr+ drive since they're medically infirm. So I guess not the greatest option if you need, yaknow, a normal amount of help. 🤷‍♀️

    Aparently does not take verizon fios returns. Yet when I call customer service they say to bring it into the nearest location and that I can bring it to this store. But then I get there and they say to call customer service and they don't take returns...
