  So I have had crickett services since 2017/2018. So I have always dealt with Joseph, he was my main guy i would go to, very humble, professional, knowledgeable and cares for the customer 100 percent. I have always had 4 lines I pay $100 a month. 4 months ago, my Wife went in and added my aunt to it. From what I was told it would be between 130 and 150 the most. Unfortunately Joseph hasn't been at the Waterford location in some time, so I refuse to go in and deal with some one new. So when my Wife and aunt went in, they were told my bill will be 150. First month it was 171, second month was 175, third month I flipped out and went in because my bill was 205, out rages, just kept going up. So I went in and spoke to Kaia. She looked at my service and saw that when my Wife and aunt went in, the person that added the line, changed every lines plan and service so the bill would of just went up, and this was after 2 months and calling the the store manager of this location and she said there was nothing they could do, and refused to even look at my plan. It was Kaia who went out of her way and helped me and explained that the person who switched it, did it so the bill would keep going up because how she set it up, and I wasnt the only one, she did it many other customers, which is why she was fired. So instead of paying the 205, she got it down to 130, amazing. Her and Joseph are the only two crickett employees I will deal with and let look into my account. Forget the store manager, she doesnt know anything and wont help to lift a finger for a customer!!! If your going to go to the Waterford Location, do yourself a favor and make sure kaia is there and Joseph is currently at the Norwich location. They both deserve raises and Crickett needs to realize these two employees are assets to their company!!.

  Go see Joseph at the waterford cricket store on Clark lane/Boston post road.. Great customer service , very informative and helpful..

  Joseph was wonderful. He was so very helpful in assisting me with all my questions as well as directing me to the phone to fit my needs.
