    The customer service here is non-existent. You'll be left to answer your own questions as if it's your turn to clock in next. The sales associates are very transactional. I spent over an hour for an iPhone set-up because the associate kept leaving for more than 10 minutes at a time; All that time wasted and I still had to go home and do it myself. I also asked for more information on current plans and was told to go online. Robots can do a better job. The last two times I came here I was helped by Megan, who is knowledgeable, answers all of your questions, doesn't pretend like you don't exist and takes the appropriate measures to streamline the processes. It is a shame she only covers at this location.

    Justin set up our business account. Promised a price for 5 lines and bill credits for switching over from AT&T. 6 months in bill is still wrong way off almost 100$ and missing bill credits for switching. He doesn't respond and now just tells me I have to reach out to customer service to fix his mistake. 6 months still no resolution. He needs to be fired.

    Thus store deserves negative stars... Absolutely useless employees and manager ... No accountability, and when you contact customer service to complain about the store nothing gets done... They have ruined the in-store experience and it makes sense why they are hemorrhaging customers now... If I have to do everything online or over the phone then I might as well save for all my efforts with Google wireless .. better plans, save service .. and you know what customer service exp you're going to get up front ... I pay a premium price at Verizon and get beyond sub par customer service.

    Zero stars .. the rep Eric, the store manager and one of the male techs absolutely useless... I sent my elderly parents to pick up a sim card .. they wouldn't help said I had to place a "locker" order if I wasn't there .. so I placed a "locker" order and sent my son ... The locker wouldn't open, and they wouldn't help. They continue to waste more time not help, putting up walls and blocks instead of taking care of a customer with 17 years is business... Then when I asked for contact information for the district manage, a name , email or phone number.. same thing .. I was blocked and told to call customer service ... Like why even have physical stores if they are going to be useless. If I don't hear from a district manager on this issue. I'm porting out ... Their behavior is absolutely inexcusable... They should hire people who actually want to work and help customers.
