    We had a complicated family cell phone issue and the gentlemen here were amazing! Steven and Joe were amazing. District manager was so knowledgeable and helpful as well. Cell phones are my least favorite thing to deal with; but they worked with us until it was fixed. So thankful!

    I've been calling Verizon for months and months as I was promised that my monthly payment would not exceed $75, yet each month it was $95 few cents shy for a single line. Being loyal customer since 2014 I was told I'm eligible for a loyalty discount. Each rep since September 2025 made a reassuring promises that this time they fixed it for sure and it would never happen again. Yet, I had to call each and every month spending times on holds, waiting, repeating myself over and over... They even had a nerve to attempt to charge me late fee when they failed to adjust my bill as promised. Last rep in December 2024 said she'll open an investigation case to help them understand why my bill is back at high again each month even when I was promised it would be adjusted and stays this amount for a year. Never received that call. So this month had to call again asking why my bill is almost $95 instead of around $75. I was transferred to supervisor Jason per my request. Check this out Jason OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT BUT ONLY IF I WILL DROP A FEW PERKS FROM MY CURRENT SERVICE PLAN!!! When I asked why he calls it a discount when I simply being offered a worse plan than I have now and it would be only logical that it cost less, so it's not a discount, just lower plan. He said that's all he can do and what I got from my conversation with Jason being a Verizon customer from 2014 is not loyal enough. Seriously, Verizon, if this is customer service you able to provide after staying with you for 12 years, I better start looking around.

    I worked with Luis, who helped my wife and me set up our new phones efficiently and quickly, especially since we were on a tight schedule. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options when adding an additional line. Luis went above and beyond to address all of my questions and concerns. We left the store with peace of mind, and I appreciated his honesty about which accessories were needed.
