They are professional and are eager to assist you with anything you need. Luis helped us out and I don't have the words to express how incredible he was! He answered all our questions without hesitation and really set us up with a great bundle. I recommend anyone in the CT and neighboring NY areas go to this store. Worth the commute when you're dealing with such professionals.

He was so flexible and didn’t make me feel pressured. Honestly, this was the best customer service I’ve gotten from Verizon.
