He was thorough, patient and so helpful with helping my husband and I get on a new line together, as well as upgrading our phones. He explained everything so well and made sure to give us the best quality customer service. He was very kind in getting us the best deal and even gave us his information, should we have any questions or issues. You could tell it want just about business or getting us to pay the most, but really customer centered , which I truly appreciated. Thank you again, Alex!!

They were trying to sell me the new iPhone 17 like almost double the price even with my iPhone 16 as trade.
