Ultimately it was decided I needed a new phone. When I went back to pick up the phone the problem continued. Jocelyn and a different associate worked on the issue for several hours eventually calling tech support to resolve the problem. They were very thorough, conscientious, and persistent in solving my problem. Very friendly and polite to me the whole time I was there.
