They added two unauthorized lines to my bill and added insurance for $18 per line as well. My bill was double what it was suppose to be. I filed a claim with Verizon and was thankfully able to resolve the bill and money issue. This store should be shut down. They completely screw you. They pretended to try and help but instead I got no where. 2 Days after I went to the store to ask them to help me resolve all my bill issues (before I knew I got duped) my daughter’s phone line was randomly disconnected. Come to find out they disconnected it and activated one of the unauthorized lines instead. How they were able to do that without me present is disturbing and very unsettling. So save yourself the trouble and go to one of the corporate locations and stay far away from this one.
