We arrived promptly at 9 AM to return a phone, only to be told by one of the representative (did not get his name) that the transaction couldn't be processed there and had to be handled at a corporate store 30 minutes away. Fortunately, Sierra at the Milford Verizon corporate store was incredibly helpful and completed the return without issue. She confirmed that Shelton should have easily been able to handle it, saving us an unnecessary trip. It’s concerning that customers are given conflicting information depending on location. Verizon should ensure their representatives are properly informed and equipped, as inconsistent service like this can drive loyal customers away.
