  I had a very frustrating experience here purchasing a phone as a gift for Xmas. It consumed an unbelievable amount of time and made me question why I have been a customer for so long. I'm very disappointed that there was no consideration for my time and it took a long time to setup and transfer the phone service and to undo it. The experience was so frustrating that I returned the phones I purchased.

  Mike was incredibly helpful; he went above and beyond! He was friendly and attentive making my visit a breeze. Walked out with a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max in no time. Guided me through what the phone is capable of and gave me so many bundle options to add with my purchase. Thank you Mike for the amazing help! Your team was fantastic. Looking forward to my next purchase.

  The top of my car charger had come off - I assumed it was still in the plug - because all I had was the coil from inside the charger. James could have not been more helpful! He came out to my car to check things out. He did not have a tool that he would need to reach anything stuck, but told me that he had one at home and would bring it into the store the next day if I would come back. I came back and what James was then able to discover was that nothing was stuck, the missing piece must have fallen out, and all I needed was a new charger!!! I was so embarrassed, but James could not have been nicer! I definitely found the only Verizon store and the Verizon employee I want to work with going forward!!
