    purchased new phone Returned and was chatted restocking fee that was explained but was not told that I had to pay a processing fee and transferring of date from new phone from old phone for 60$ that was told to me when I tuned the new phone. smh. They need to communicate and explain all too customers when purchasing phones.

    By the time I took this photo it was already 10:50 just finishing up the process of setting up my new phone. If I could give a rating of customer satisfaction and service it was beyond me, 100 out of 100. Kareem is the employer took out his own time to help me out he made sure we left satisfied and happy. Kareem was the best. His customer service was amazing I suggest if anyone wants to come and buy a phone or even get help Kareem is the employer to go to.

    This was the best experience at Verizon ever! I tried to order my new iPhone 17 Pro with the MyVerizon app a month ago, but the computer system glitched out and it never came. I went into this Verizon store and was immediately helped by Akeem who understood my situation and assured me he would help fix it. When he saw the MyVerizon app was glitching, he helped come up with a solution to fix this by transferring my phone number to the new phone to make sure I would leave the store that day with the phone I'd been waiting so long for. He and Quincy were super helpful with me and called Verizon support to try to fix the issue on the computer's end. I left that day with the new iPhone and my old one to transfer its data to. I came back and was immediately helped by Ilias whom I explained the situation to, and he helped me get the old iPhone traded in and made sure I would get the trade-in value I was offered when I tried to order the phone a month ago. He called Verizon to make sure they would have the trade-in processed and to make sure I could leave today with only the new phone and a bill with the trade-in credit I was offered. There was another employee whose name I'm forgetting (he has a cross earring) who also was really helpful with the trade-in process because the computer system was just not cooperating. Everything went smoothly because of these employees who were having to deal with Verizon's backend software not working. I got my new iPhone 17 Pro and am really happy with it, and I got my trade-in all processed. 10/10 😄

    Quincy was AMAZINGLY patient with my autistic brother as me and him got new phones, and he had waaaay too many worries. But Quincy’s lax attitude and confidence with his knowledge of the sales and systems really helped out!!! Absolute KUDOS to him because so many people don’t have patience like him!!!

    Was told false information on trade in value of old phone ($600 vs $300) and not told correct value after the purchase, new phone set up and deleting the old phone. They wouldn't even waive their set up fee - which btw they charge a set up fee ($60) for buying a new phone in the store vs online. We were very specific on wanting to keep our current plan but day later, they tell us that we need an upgrade to a new plan to get more of a trade in credit. Find a different store or just transact online
