James could have not been more helpful! He came out to my car to check things out. He did not have a tool that he would need to reach anything stuck, but told me that he had one at home and would bring it into the store the next day if I would come back. I came back and what James was then able to discover was that nothing was stuck, the missing piece must have fallen out, and all I needed was a new charger!!! I was so embarrassed, but James could not have been nicer! I definitely found the only Verizon store and the Verizon employee I want to work with going forward!!

Be nice and patient with them and they will do literally everything possible to help you out and leave with a smile on your face - feeling like a winner! I was on the phone with “customer service” for 3 days and got terrible run-around. Visiting a store was a Hail Mary and wonderfully, it worked!!!!
