    The top of my car charger had come off - I assumed it was still in the plug - because all I had was the coil from inside the charger. James could have not been more helpful! He came out to my car to check things out. He did not have a tool that he would need to reach anything stuck, but told me that he had one at home and would bring it into the store the next day if I would come back. I came back and what James was then able to discover was that nothing was stuck, the missing piece must have fallen out, and all I needed was a new charger!!! I was so embarrassed, but James could not have been nicer! I definitely found the only Verizon store and the Verizon employee I want to work with going forward!!

    Wow. To meet folks on the other side of the help-line that ACTUALLY help you. Mr. Rodney and Mr. Ossama care AND know how to get things done. Be nice and patient with them and they will do literally everything possible to help you out and leave with a smile on your face - feeling like a winner! I was on the phone with “customer service” for 3 days and got terrible run-around. Visiting a store was a Hail Mary and wonderfully, it worked!!!!
