These guys are so good they took care of something that hadn't been done three times in 3 years that every person on the other side of the line wasn't capable of accomplishing. Too bad Verizon corporate won't allow more permissions and simply do away with call-center problems so these very qualified on-site representatives aren't handcuffed in assisting customers because an outsourced worker has no clue and shitty CRM software. Put the money back into America
