    I came into the store and was helped by Spencer he went out of his way to make changes to. My bill and got a new phone for my daughter. He didn’t rush us helped with many questions. What a perfect gentleman. I plan on staying with this Verizon because of Spencer. He deserves more than a 5 if II could it would be a 10.

    Shout out to JOSH at the Verizon Store on Washington Ave. We have been Verizon customers for 18 years and really have dreaded walking in to deal with needing to upgrade phones. It has been up to this point a confusing/stressful process. Josh is knowledgeable, very clear in understanding the promotions which made the process of getting new phones a fun experience. He made sure we knew what we would need to bring with us to make a seamless transition to new phones. Passwords and patience to let things transfer is still a necessity. Great experience! Thank you Josh!
