Unfortunately, evidently for me, the outside screen wasn't working so I had to go into the store. All they did was demean me and shue me over and then stand over my shoulder. I let them know the outside screen wasn't working and their comment was I'm not surprised. Well, if you're not surprised, don't be rude to me when I walk in asking for help to pick up my phone. I'm so very sorry to have walked in the store with a smile on my face asking for help and interrupting your little group of three employees standing around talking.

I was greeted warmly by Heather and she guided me thru the process of transferring my information over. My old screen was not working and she tried a little trick to make it work. I am forever grateful for her help. I had a great experience at this location.

I would say I’m never going back but that would make them too happy because they hate customers!! I went in to return my old phone for a trade in (which I had already picked up the new phone for) and the guy was very condescending and rude about my old phone being dead and my info not being deleted even though I tried to do and it didn’t work. They don’t give clear directions on how or where to return the phone (I had to call and ask them how to do it) and then they get mad that you’re not doing it correctly. We then inquired about possibly returning the phone I had just gotten to get my old phone back and we were told this would cost $50. When we asked why we would have to pay another fee to return something the employee said “this is how Verizon works when you start your own company you can do it your way” I found it so disgusting and disrespectful that he would respond that way to a customer asking a question.
