    We just had the best customer service experience at this location. We worked with Ethan and he was top notch. We ran into a snag and the manager and another team member jumped in to help solve the issue. Great customer service!

    Young lady is not welcoming customers Her replies and answers were not Profissional or even helpful. Question was how much we pay every month? She even can’t give me what plan I’m with Verizon. All what she was saying is to call customer care number. Ending up that she was very rude. Another lady stepped in the conversation and she made worse by telling me what happened in other stores, we can’t see it in you profile/plan. She asked me to go back to the other store and ask them what I need to ask. Totally wrong, Verizon is Verizon everywhere and I should get answers for any question related to my plan/profile/account from any stores. I already going to stores to save the horrible time over the phone and they are asking me to call the customer care over the phone that’s crazy Update: I solved my problem in another Verizon store but with someone likes what’s he doing! Do you know the meaning of what’s he’s doing? That proves that the two girls in this store are lazy and they don’t like what they are doing. It’s clear from the way they are talking to us. They can’t solve problems. They just complicating problems. Store manager should take an action with them Update after owner reply: I’m not in need of apologize as much as I want you to take progressive action with your employees Like sending them for not training on how to Smile, welcome people in store, take a reasonable action to solve problems, adjust their voice tones, don’t look to each other when customer explaining the issue, don’t get rid of customer by unreasonable unlogic way like what happened with me yesterday Monday July 14th, 2025 and finally by escalating the issue if they tried all possible solutions they may know. We are in 2025, you should make something of the above or whatever your management see for such a miss-handling of a customer. I really had a bad day after I get out of your store because of these two ladies attitudes and low qualifications. P.S.: you can refer to my other review for the other Verizon store who handled my issue in five minutes and solve it with a very professional welcoming smiley way. That can be a lesson.!

    This place was crazy packed when we went and it wasnt even like a Saturday. It was a Tuesday. It was like an apple store. You had to get a number or something at a kiosk and they had like a half hour wait. We winded up just going 2 miles up the road to the next Verizon. Much smaller store but zero wait time and super friendly people.
