- DCD CJul 3, 20251.0This is not a Verizon Store. These people are there only to activate your phone. Its operated by a Cellular Sales Company out of New York and uses the Verizon name as a store front. If you need a new phone, you are not allowed to buy it out right but must 'finance" part of it onto your Verizon account.(usually about one-third) So when you need a phone, be prepared to have your Verizon Account charged with a "finance charge" which adds to your monthly bill. To me this Cellular Sales of New York is paying the "real Verizon" a commission under the name of a "finance charge" No other cell company does this... Am looking into other "real" cell carriers who don't hide behind a 3rd party operator that when you need a new phone you can buy it out right.(and no other charges) Also the activation fees are extremely high (more commissions to Verizon no doubt)

Verizon salesperson @ New Milford, CT office Aysia Quinones was of such great help and sent me home with an incredible phone of her recommendation. If not for her, I never would've thought to try something new. She informed me on the latest & greatest with all accurate and helpful information, and has overall given me customer service above & beyond. Will definitely be looking for Aysia at this Verizon location the next time I'm ready for a new phone! Thank you!
