Worked with Xavier on phone upgrade. He made sure everything was set up properly. Would higher recommend Xavier if you're going to North Haven or Milford stores.

After dealing with incredibly rude unprofessional and disrespectful people on the customer service line I went to this store. I needed to cancel my elderly mother‘s phone which I had done on the phone in August but they kept sending bills. Lily the manager at the store was exceptional in every way you could possibly imagine. Whatever they’re paying her they need to make it more. Thank you so much Lily!!!!

I walked in the store with an online pickup at 6:30. Had three employees in the location. Two was actively working with a customer store manager conversating with a female customer about contact transfering well I'm waiting to be be as well as a customer that walked in 15 after me store manager takes my pickup order number and hands me my devices and told me that their systems shut completely off at 7:00. Therefore, I'm left with a unactivated device as I am told that I could activate it at home and there's nothing that they could do for me at the store. I worked in phone sales for about 10 years in rule 1 was no customer needs the store with an unactive device while the customer that came in 15 minutes after me, her transaction was completed and presented a receipt, therefore tells me that the manager and the representative did not want to activate my device and simply use the excuse that 7:00 they're closed and the system cannot process any transaction. Instead of tending to the customers and multitasking management choose to flirt with a customer about contact transfers. Not a great experience

Went to pick up the new iPhone that they claimed to have in stock on their website but they told me they didn’t have it in stock and it was probably a website glitch. I had to cancel my order due to Verizon’s overall messy systems and poor communication between departments when I call their 800 number, because you can’t actually call the store itself. I’m probably going with a different provider at this point after being an 11 year customer.
