- MDMichael DaytonJan 17, 20225.0I had Griswold Plumbing out to replace a garbage disposal that was making a Loud banging sound then stoped working. Once they look at it they showed me the broken blades on the inside of the disposal and the rusted plates they used to sit on. They replace it with a septic assist disposal that works better with my septic system and is so much quieter. Great job and very clean. They even got out to me the same day I called.
- THTom HallJan 14, 20221.0I scheduled an appointment to have my water filtration system serviced as it needed to add calcite to the tank to increase the PH Paid $325 for a lab water test which confirmed field test that water had A PH below 7 Eli the service tech tried to tell me I should replace the large tank as it was bigger than what the house needed Put on a song and dance that all the issus the existing tank could have with out any inspection on his part. Instead of a few hundred he proposed new equipment Appears to be a bait and switch making a minor expense into major one. I should have read some of their reviews Obviously will never use Griswold Plumbing Totally unethical!

We had heard of Griswold, so we reached out to the company & the receptionist was great to work with, she easily scheduled an appointment to review & give us an estimate for the service. They fixed it quickly & professionally. They warned us about the sediment that would come with this new well pump, they gave us an approximate time frame for how long & told us how to deal with it. Any & all questions that I had, they were highly responsive to our concerns.
