- SBscott ballouNov 8, 20191.0I called on a Monday for a 6"×10" piece of glass. They told me it would take 3 days to cut it. I heard from no one so I called back on Friday. The guy said he remembers his wife took the order. He said he would cut it today. When I asked what happened and why I hadn't heard from anyone, he had a major attitude. I could not believe someone would speak to a customer in such a tone. He then told me to go somewhere else. What a great business this is!
