Brian made it his mission to get my phone activated quickly, and then there was time left over for him to find some promotions that saved me money on my monthly bill. He was conscientious, professional, and pleasant. Thanks again for bailing me out, Brian!

There was only one other person in the store being helped and there were three other people that were working. So first you know they have to put you in the computer system then they have to find somebody to help you even though they're just sitting there waiting for someone to come in. But the thing that really infuriates me is this is all you do You know that people are either switching from one of the other competitors or they've never had a cell phone before. After explaining what I was trying to do and them trying to sell me phones hello the phone is a fixed price object the fees for the service or the unknown. Well it takes probably close to 20 minutes going in the back not sure what they do back there putting it in the computer I guess and then they can finally spit out the same thing that I found online So really there's no benefit in going into the store other than just being frustrated. So the moral of this is do yourself a favor either call the 800 number or go on their website it's a lot less painful

Not sure what the purpose of the store is? Very frustrating not have human contact and communication to help. Would never recommend this store or Verizon
