From the moment I arrived, Sam was attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my needs, explained every detail with patience, and made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. What impressed me the most was Sam’s dedication to providing an excellent experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly and that I left the store completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care for the customer, but Sam delivered both flawlessly.

It took a few hours but we had our issue resolved and the staff on the floor were very understanding and knowledgeable. A couple of pushy sales people and the management seems to be pretty bad. If you come here for an issue, be clear about what you need and don’t believe when they say “we can’t help you” because they absolutely can and should deal with customer service in person. If you’re here to purchase a plan or device, make sure you shop around and aren't taken advantage of by sales tactics.

There were 4 people that work there standing around and I was the only one in the store. They just wanted to sell phones. The bald gentleman was smirking the whole time. Pretty sure they had a good laugh as I walked out. The lamest Verizon store ever, beware!
