Their customer service is top-notch and they’re always available to answer questions or ease any worries. Me and my three dogs appreciate this entire team more than words can say!

Any problem I’ve ever run into they are a phone call away and never hesitate to have me come in with my cats. Highly recommend and have even sent friends and family here as well !
- MHMichelle HarterOct 24, 20251.0Honestly I went in knowing there was an issue with my cat but the bedside manner and the way the doctor handled the situation was grotesque. My cat had breathing issues that started a week ago. She barely gave me any information or tried to elaborate. She just kept pushing a $400 xray. After I said I couldn't afford it, immediately jumped to "this is really bad, and when the time comes we can help you put him down". I counted. She mentioned putting my cat down FOUR times. I went home and my cat got worse. Maybe a vet could have told me "oh stress is gonna make this worse". So I rush him to the VCA in west Hartford. Completely different experience. THAT vet told me all my options. She told me what she would do to address the situation that day. What she would do if that worked. Etc. Maybe I could have had a few more hours or even days with my baby if the vet took the time to actually treat us like people who have emotions, at the original appointment. Not just a DOLLAR SIGN. I hope you go to sleep every day thinking about how you treat people who are in pure pain.

- JFJarelys FidelinaSep 22, 20252.0I am not a rude person at all even if I’m being disrespected but my problem was that I got charged thinking my appointment was free for a check up and I didn’t back out for the pay because I have the money for it? If I didn’t I wouldn’t fall for a free appointment and make a new one for the next month for my pet my problem was that the minute I had to pay I don’t have a card I don’t work yet so I was planning on using my parents card and my dad gave me permission to use his but the lady at the front desk just kept looking at me like if she had a problem with me or if she was annoyed and another lady at the desk the vets who checked up my cat were all nice no complain towards them but my problem was the lady at the front desk a full white place I read a review wear lied about a lady being treated weirdly too and she wondered if it was because of her race now I’m wondering if it’s because of that too I’m Hispanic and I have money so if she was tryna treat me like that because of looks I don’t feel comfortable here again I hope my dads money does get refunded as I have called and even otp they kinda seemed rude towards me ? I’m nothing but nice and paitence.
