    Molly helped my family and I to clarify our Verizon phone bill after we received it. I purchased an Apple 16 about 18 days ago and my family and I couldn’t understand the bill breakdown. We were extremely worried about the phone bill going forward. Thankfully the East Hampton TCC Verizon store was open. Molly was just about to close but she stayed open and late for me in my panic stricken state. This meant so much to me especially after hearing that she doesn’t primarily work at this location and I found out later on she had an hour drive back home! I don’t know what I would’ve done if she had not taken me in with care. She also took such good care of me without even being the original representative who sold me the phone. On top of breaking down the explanation to me she did it a second time over the phone for my son who was inquiring about the future billing for our account. God bless Molly
